Cut for where people will watch it

A video built for a conference room plays badly on a phone. We plan the shoot so the same footage can be cut for each place it will run.

16:9

Project film · 60–120 s Website, RFP and award submissions, interview and presentation screens.

1:1

Feed cut · 30–45 s LinkedIn and Facebook posts.

9:16

Vertical · 15–30 s Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and TikTok.

All three clips are cut from the same shoot: the Naturgy solar project in Ohio, shown in full above.

What we make

Five kinds of video

  • Project showcase : the finished building, inside and out, for proposals and your portfolio.
  • Time-lapse : the job from site clearing to topping out, from repeat flights at set positions.
  • Milestone video : groundbreaking, topping out, ribbon cutting and the people involved.
  • Monthly owner update : a 60-second look at the month's progress, sent with the owner report.
  • Recruiting and brand : your crews and sites, for hiring pages and social media.

Proposals are judged visually. A selection committee may spend a few minutes on your past-projects section. A short video shows scale, quality and site control faster than a page of photos.

Shot to a plan. Before we fly, we agree a shot list and the story with you. The edit starts from footage chosen for it, not from whatever was captured that day.

Safe around people. We plan flight paths around crews, traffic and the public under FAA Part 107 rules, and check in with the superintendent before every flight on an active site.

How it works

From shot list to final cut

  1. Plan

Where the video will run, how long it should be, and the shots and story. We pick the date and time of day for the light.

  2. Shoot

Aerial and ground footage in 4K, with smooth, repeatable camera moves. Airspace authorizations are handled before we arrive.

  3. Edit & deliver

Cut, color graded, set to licensed music with titles and your logo. One review round, then final files in every format you need.

Questions

Frequently asked

Do we get the raw footage?

Yes, if you want it. Raw clips can be delivered with the edit by download link. Ask for it in your quote so we budget the transfer and storage.

How many changes can we make to the edit?

One round of consolidated comments is included. Extra rounds are billed hourly and quoted before we start.

Is the music licensed?

Yes. We use tracks licensed for commercial use, so the video can run on your website, social channels and in proposals.

How does time-lapse work on a long project?

We fly the same saved positions on every visit, monthly or more often, and build the sequence from those frames. It pairs naturally with an aerial photography progress program.

Can you fly over people or traffic?

Flights over people and moving vehicles are tightly limited under FAA Part 107. We plan routes and camera moves to work within those rules, and we coordinate closures or timing with the site when a shot needs it.
